|Despite careful cleaning the majority of the small centre holes were not only still blocked but were also invisible. A strong light, magnifying glass and needle were needed to locate their positions. There is only one hole drilled in each rebate and it will be located between a pair of main drillings. As the holes are only 0.0145" diameter I found that the best method of cleaning was with a fine needle point to press out the blockage then a wire bristle to clear the walls.|

The nipple worn on the end of the ball needs removing; all of these have been carefully ground off.
