The rear cover plate for the water jacket plus both sets of 2BA set screws and studs.

New gaskets were cut from 0.020" gasket paper.

The rear cover plate in position.  All screws and studs were fitted using a good quality thread adhesive to ensure that there will be no water seepage past the threads.  The excess gasket sealant will be removed when the joint has settled.  The two missing studs on the left were 1BA on the old block but have been tapped for 2BA on this one.  New items will be procured.

The tube screwed into the core plug hole is the take-off for the cabin heater.
